All guest rooms, has been designed to create a Khmer hospitality with modern facilities and equipped with comfortable beds and our local staff will warm welcome you with Khmer smiling and ensure your stay is comfortable one, with very best of Khmer hospitality, and also free with high-speed wireless internet access provide leisure travel. And children under 12 years old are sharing a room with parents.

Room booking, cancellation, payment policy

Vihara 95 Resort provides non deposit or prepayment policy for all of our valued customers. Our happy customer books the rooms without needing to pay a single cent first. We only collect the room charges once checking out from us.

Should you really need to cancel your room booking due to flight cancellation or any personal reason, We would very much appreciate if you could update us 7 days in advance so that we can reserve the room for other customers.

Prices: Are per room, No include Breakfast, taxes (10% VAT, 2% city tax).

Payment modes: Cash, Visa/Master credit cards

Check-in time: Any time if the room is available

Check-out time: 12:00 AM

Late check-out policy: Free if rooms are available.

Children staying with parents: Free if extra bed is no required.
